I’m Open for Business (Again)
My creative business is fully available for bookings again. Whether it be events, commercial or residential real estate, sports, headshots, or commercial photo/video work, I'm game. I want to help tell your story. Just please don't ask me to shoot a wedding! I've tried it, it's not for me haha.
If you don't need any help right now, any recommendations are welcome and appreciated! I have not sought out new business in a while, so any help getting the ball rolling again will be beneficial.
To my fellow freelancers, please reach out to me any time you need an extra hand! I will do the same.
Now if I haven't talked to you in a while you may be wondering "Wait, you closed your business?"
Technically no, I didn't. But, I did decide to try out some full time work during the earlier half of the year with a company called Pickleball Pop-Ups, which has a Memphis-based brand called Pickleball 901.
I was originally hired to do photo and video for them when the business opened 2 years ago, and the relationship slowly evolved into me taking on the role of Creative Director, a position I accepted earlier this year.
This new role meant leading content creation as well as helping design the company's two websites (one for Pop-Ups and one for Pickleball 901), writing marketing emails almost daily, and so much more.
While I learned a TON working with this company and I was instrumental in helping grow a now nationally known brand in pickleball, my passion kept calling for me: camera work. It's what I do best, and it's what I never tire of. So, I resigned my position at Pickleball Pop-Ups two weeks ago to work on my business again.
Photography and video are powerful. They've transformed my life, and I want to help other people do the same for themselves and their businesses. I may even consider doing some web design... Stay tuned on that.
Anyway, I hope to work with you again soon! - Connor
